COMBIT by Dielle is a 3-in-1 system making this combi-oven absolutely unique from anything in the market. Fuelled by wood, pellets or gas, this oven is intended for outdoor use. Thanks to a patented valve system, makes it possible to divert the flow of smoke and heat generated and allows you to choose between:

• Direct Cooking (fire and smoke in contact with the food)

• Indirect Cooking (fire and smoke completely isolated from the cooking chamber and therefore not in contact with the food (excellent for slow cooking: meat, desserts etc)

• Smoker (fire away from the food but smoke in contact with it)

Pizza shovel and heat resistant gloves included.

PATIO by Dielle is a wood, pellet or gas pizza oven for outdoor use. Made of steel with high temperature paint, it is guaranteed for maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The large cooking chamber allows you to comfortably cook 2 pizzas along with other dishes at the same time. Valve on the smoke duct, allows you to modulate the amount of smoke and heat coming out, along with the integrated thermometer allows the internal temperature to be measured.

GENIAL by Dielle is a truly unique product. Thanks to the versatility of its compact dimensions and its practical pneumatic closing system, it can be housed in the trunk of a car!   By simply changing the burner, you can choose your cooking fuel type from wood, pellet or gas.
